Concealed beneath its upholstered back, the Vitra Softshell Side Chair boasts a unique construction of flexible ribs that adapt to the user and provide ultimate freedom of movement.
Designed by Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec, the insightful design of the Softshell means that it is a comfortable choice for even prolonged periods of sitting, while retaining its inviting character through smooth contours and soft upholstery.
A cornerstone of the Vitra collection, this versatile chair is suited to countless applications around the home or office. The base is polyamide in basic dark and is available online in a selection of upholstery for the seat and back.
