Reintroduced by Vitra in 2002, Jean Prouve originally designed the distinctive Compas Direction Desk in 1953.

Earning its name from its angular splayed legs, the desk's clean lines translate seamlessly to the contemporary space, offering a stylish addition to the home office. The oiled solid wood top lends the Compas Direction Desk a sense of warmth, and provides a hard-wearing surface for day to day use.

Resembling the hinged arms of a drawing compass, the legs are available in five powder-coated colours that complement its natural top. The compact dimensions of this Prouve desk make it ideal for use in smaller workspaces and studies.
