Parisian based designers Amandine Chhor and Aissa Logerot have taken inspiration from the French word “Lattes” to create the concept of the Latte Chair. Originally intended to be crafted with wood, this stackable chair is made from Trifilon biocomposite plastic slats due to the durable nature of the material.
Its tubular steel frame is powder coated in a selection of outdoor grade contemporary colours. The seat of the chair is constructed from Trifilon plastic, which is made from a biocomposite of 100% recycled polypropylene and hemp fibres. At the end of its material life this allows for a closed-loop lifecycle as it can be easily detached from its tubular steel frame and recycled again. The Latte is suitable for residential and contract use.
Also available with arms.
