Belgian designers Muller Van Severen continue their collaborative furniture project with a series of Hanging Lamps.

Their designs, while functional for the every day, are not far removed from the pair's roots in sculpture and photography. The lights have been reduced to their simplest technological form, yet crafted with a highly deliberate composition. Attached to the wall while also extending outwards, the hanging lamp becomes a part of your 'landscape for living'.

Combining industrial material with a playful colour palette, the Hanging Lamps are made of tubular steel, set at varying sharp and rounded angles. The tube can be swivelled from its position on the wall, where it is held with brass brackets, to change the direction of the light source. Hanging Lamp No. 2 is available in Green, Blue, Black, Curry, Brass or Unlacquered.
