In a deft interplay of transparency and light, the Bloom Pendant draws inspiration from traditional paper lanterns.
Insightfully designed by Tim Rundle, the pendant's soft focus is produced by combining two materials, a perforated steel core with frosted glass diffuser. The combination is used to artfully control and manipulate light, offering an intriguing alternative to sometimes harsh modern lamps.
When turned on the overall effect is that of a candle, while a clever opening on its base projects a clear downward light. In a versatile choice of either white or black glass, the Bloom Pendant boasts a distinctive character which is especially striking in bar or restaurant settings.
