Jesmonite is a plaster and resin composite which is more commonly found in fine art sculpting and used extensively in the building industry. A lightweight alternative to concrete, each jesmonite structure is finished by a film set artist to mimic the appearance of natural stone.
The copper edition is created using a combination of blowtorch work, hand painting, and cold patination, while the original Nim is shaped using airguns, water and brushes alongside the addition of tiny marble particles.
An inset base gives the Nim table its floating appearance, a compelling contrast to its visual solidity, while a recessed top ensures a practical surface for holding and displaying your objects.
