An ingenious design honoured with numerous awards; Muuto's Nerd Chair is formed by two laminated plywood sheets that are shaped and held together with no metal fixings.
The result is an object with its own organic shape; a unique take on a wooden chair that keeps simplicity at its core. Designed by David Geckeler, the materiality and craftsmanship reference classic Scandinavian forms, yet the end piece retains its own recognisable profile.
The Muuto Nerd chair has been tested to withstand general use and is equally suited to domestic or commercial environments.
- The back and seat are made in form-pressed veneer alongside legs in solid wood, both with a water-based lacquer.
- Lacquer options: natural oak, tan rose, midnight blue, sand yellow, black, grey and stained dark brown.
- Dimensions: W.45 x D.50 x H.46/79.9 cm.
- Supplied with plastic glides.
- Please note that the Nerd Chair has a minimum order of two pieces for each finish.
