Muuto's Nerd Bar Stool has a unique intersection of seat and the back give the piece its characteristic silhouette, creating a stool that's simultaneously strong yet subtle.

With a curved plywood shell and a low backrest that provides optimum comfort, David Geckeler's sleek construction uses no metal fixings for a stool that's as structurally impressive as it is practical.

With a veneer of natural oak or lacquered ash wood, Nerd is available in a variety of colours to offer total flexibility and has also been tested to withstand extreme use. As such, this Muuto bar stool is an ideal option for varied home and public applications. Also available is the Nerd Chair.

Counter Stool Dimensions: W.40 x D.42 x H.65cm.
Colourways: black, grey, green, tan rose, midnight blue; or natural or dark stained brown oak veneer.
