A sophisticated wooden stool with a distinctive personality designed by David Geckeler for Muuto.
Using innovative techniques, David Geckeler has crafted the structurally impressive Nerd Stool with its unique intersection of the seat and back, giving the piece its characteristic profile.
Featuring a low backrest and curved plywood shell, the clever construction uses no metal fixings giving an overall sleek, rendered appearance. Skilfully made with a form-pressed veneer and its legs in solid wood, the stool is finished with a water-based lacquer.
