The Muuto Fiber Bar Stool gets its name from the shell's unique material composition, comprising a mix of plastic and wood fibres.

The plastic and wood composite material was created by designers Iskos-Berlin following over a year of extensive research and testing. The aim is a design capable of embracing the curves of the shell in addition to also being 100% recyclable. Muuto sources the wood fibres from Swedish pine trees which can provide variations in colour when only five hundred metres apart. This natural variation makes every stool unique.

The wood fibre lends the stool a unique texture which becomes more apparent the closer you get, giving the chair its individual character. This special material is beautifully contrasted by the stool's oak base that comes in a choice of stained and natural finishes.

The Fiber Bar Stool is available with or without a backrest and in a range of versatile colours.

• Sold online in the counter height version which has a seat height of 65 cm. A higher version of 75cm suitable for bar height scenarios is available upon request.
• Overall Dimensions: W.42.5 x D.44.5 x H.87.5 cm.
• Available online in a choice of four combinations: all black, all grey, black with a dark stained oak base or white with a natural oak base.
