The Zampa Armchair by Jasper Morrison for Mattiazzi is a lightweight, refined design inspired by the simplicity and directness of the traditional country stool.
"Their charm and character are irresistible though they couldn’t be more direct and everyday" - Jasper Morrison on his original Zampa Chair, designed for Mattiazzi.
New for 2023, the Zampa Armchair has been reimagined with an elegant back and armrests that compliment the original design of the chair. Technically accomplished, the chair also features a round, flat seat structured to emphasise flexibility. As a result, the chair has a surprising softness and comfortable seat, despite its purely wooden construction.
Available in natural ash or a choice of lacquered ash in black, yellow, red or walnut stained.

- Seat Height: 46.5 cm.
Also available in the Zampa collection is the Chair, Low Stool, High Stool and upholstered version of the armchair.
