Designed by Leon Ransmeier for Mattiazzi, the Forcina Armchair lends a simple and striking appeal to any space.
Envisaged for use in cafes or restaurants, the Forcina recalls design elements of classic furniture of this kind. Forcina translates as 'hairpin' in Italian, reflective of the curves in this Mattiazzi chair's steel structure.
The appearance of the frame is achieved using CNC-bending, which means that minimal elements and welding are required, lending the chair its effortless expression. As well as an aesthetic detail, the curvature at the top allows the chair to be easily moved around in an ideal function for its intended purpose.
