The traditional steam bent dining chair gets a contemporary update in the Icha Chair from Massproductions.
Originally designed for Stockholm's Japanese restaurant Icha Icha, the chair has a slender yet strong construction in beech wood.
Its rounded forms are carefully created to give optimum support to the sitter while giving the chair its elegant and organic expression.
In 2018 this versatile piece won the Swedish Elle Decoration magazine Chair of the Year award.
The Icha Chair is available in a range of finishes from a classic walnut stain, to a light natural finish and even a red lacquer for an eye-catching statement.
