Removing the sense of hardness from the traditional wooden chair, the Roundish by Naoto Fukasawa utilises gentle curves and insightful craftsmanship for a comfortable chair with a versatile aesthetic.
The ergonomic backrest wraps around the body, with a curvaceous appeal that is matched by the seat itself. The Roundish Chair is available in beech, oak or walnut, with a variety of natural and coloured finishes.
It is crafted using Maruni's extensive woodworking expertise, in a mixture of solid wood and veneer, and can also be made with an upholstered cushion in a wide variety of fabrics and leathers. The Roundish Chair is suited to residential and commercial applications, and has been used to furnish the Qantas Singapore First Class Lounge.
