The result of an eight-year journey, Hay's Petit Standard chair by Daniel Rybakken is a study in precision and considered details.

With Petit Standard, Hay and Rybakken have created an attractive yet functional stackable chair where the stackable features enhance the chair’s design.
Crafted using die-cast aluminium steel tubes that connect as a three-dimensional triangle, the result is a unique geometric structure that also recalls iconic classics like Prouvé's Standard Chair and the recently re-issued Result chair by Wim Rietveld & Friso Kramer.
The strict geometric form is counterbalanced by the warmth and natural quality of the oak veneer seat and backrest that are curved for comfort. Available in a series of stained oak colourways.
