Inspired to create an affordable design that embodies a timeless and modern appeal, Shane Schneck has created the Bernard Chair for Hay. The lounge chair's distinct design is presented through the juxtaposition of proportion and materiality.

Made of Oak or Beech, the solid frame is contrasted against the slim seat cover and gentle sloping armrests. The result is a contemporary easy lounge chair that is both characterful and durable.

The seat cover comes in Black, Green, Raw and Red industrial-strength marine canvas, or Black, Brandy and Nature leather. The base frame is available in painted Beech in Brown Red and Hunter Green; or Deep Black Stained Oak and Matt Lacquered Solid Oak.
