The Multi-Lite Floor Lamp by Louis Weisdorf for Gubi is an iconic Danish design with an adaptable appearance, first designed in 1972.
Departing from his typical design approach of repeated elements, Louis Weisdorf aimed to create a light fixture that could adapt to various configurations. The Multi-Lite Floor Lamp is designed to function as an uplighter, downlighter, or even as an asymmetrical art piece. This versatile light features two opposing quarter-spherical shades encircling two central cylinders, all held together by a circular metal ring.
The shades can be individually rotated, allowing the Multi-Lite to transform into a custom composition of your choosing. Instantly recognisable and versatile in its application, the Multi-Lite is available in a range of finishes.
Offered online with Brass base.
