Characterised by its angular construction and use of woven cane, the Gubi C-Chair was first designed by Marcel Gascoin in 1947.
Arguably one of the most important French designers, Gascoin played a pivotal role in the reconstruction of France following World War II, with his streamlined and simple furniture quickly becoming household staples across the country.
Merging art and industry, the chair boasts a strong yet elegant form, with substantial legs that bring a sturdiness. Its contrasting woven cane seat gives the C-Chair its sense of lightness, and the use of natural materials offer an inviting warmth.

- Seat height: 43.5 cm.
- Available online with oiled American walnut, oiled natural oak or black stained oak frame.
- Seat and back are woven french cane.
