Michael Anastassiades calls his String Lights for Flos linear drawings. They are a system of spherical or conical lamps strung between walls, ceiling and floor to create an infrastructure of geometric shapes.
The intention is that the cables play an equal role to the light in creating a sculptural form within the architecture of the space, while the light itself is strong yet diffused and dimmable.
