Born from an experiment with expanded polystyrene foam, the larger-than-life Mollo armchair is a unique piece by Philippe Malouin.
Comprised entirely of foam with no hard internal structure, Mollo exudes a super-soft expression and allows for freedom of movement. Manufactured by Established and Sons, it is shaped using only intuitively placed stitching which compresses the foam into its voluminous form.
Its substantial size means that it can comfortably seat five, with one in the seat and two on each of the sides. Ideally suited to large spaces, the Mollo chair is a true feature piece.
