Named after the Ancient Egyptian temple precinct, the Karnak Chair is a fusion of historic influence and designer Ferdinand Kramer's modernist sensibilities.

In a form reduced to the essentials, it features an artfully woven seat and a gently curved backrest for optimised comfort and an inviting aesthetic. For additional stability the frame is fitted with a discrete steel profile.

The seat itself, reminiscent of furnishings of the time, can be crafted with either a textile band or vegetable-tanned leather which will develop its own patina over time. Delivered as one piece, the Karnak Chair is available in waxed oak or walnut and will perfectly complement any of e15's solid wood tables.
