Born in Hamburg, designer Dagmar Heinrich trained at Jil Sander before moving to London in 1993, where she studied fashion design at the London College of Fashion. She began her career as a womenswear designer working for the New York based design firm Mark Eisen. This was followed by design jobs at Giorgio Armani and Alan Scott in Milan. In 2010, Dagmar launched dheinrich, a women’s wear collection, that includes her personal “favourite 8” pieces per season, produced as a limited edition.
For e15 furniture, Dagmar Heinrich developed a set of knit blankets, Rete and Tramato, which respond to the mutual parameters of minimal design.
