Afteroom

Afteroom try always to design pieces that advocate for the traces of time, developing marks and patina, ageing with grace and refinement.

Stockholm based design studio Afteroom was founded by Hung-Ming Chen and Chen-Yen Wei. Their mission is to create products with honesty and simplicity. Careful choice of materials and techniques means each piece of furniture designed by the duo will age with beauty and grace, adding value over time.

Their closest collaboration to date has been with Scandinavian design brand Menu for whom they have designed several pieces including the Afteroom bench and Afteroom dining chair.
