Winner of 2021's RIBA House of the Year Award, the late Georgian Windward House celebrates domestic life shared with an exceptional collection of Indian and African Tribal Art
Located on the highest point of land in Gloucestershire overlooking the Wye Valley, Alison Brooks Architects designed the RIBA award-winning Windward House. This private residence has been conceived as a sequence of galleries, showcasing an extraordinary collection of Indian and African Tribal Art. Maximising access to daylight, the space filled to natural light pouring from rooflights above and expansive windows framing the landscape around.
Viaduct assisted Alison Brooks with sourcing furniture for the project. For more information on Alison Brooks, please visit their website Alison Brooks Architects.
