Knotel design a luxurious and inviting space for their latest workspace concept at the Old Sessions House
Knotel's latest Workclub concept, a co-working and member's club, takes place in the heart of London's Clerkenwell.
Once the largest courthouse in England, the Grade II-listed Old Sessions House has been beautifully restored to its original grandeur. Built in the classical style, the building's facade is constructed of solid Portland stone with Ionic columns.
Over the last 4 years the Viaduct contracts team have had the pleasure of working closely with Knotel on a range of projects. The Workclub was particularly inspiring as it reimagines the shared workspace, bringing together London's creatives, businesses and entrepreneurs in a carefully curated space. Members have access to generous spaces for quiet concentration, plush lounge areas and meeting rooms. Showcasing a luxurious and inviting design, warm tones and rich textures are used through the space.
Michael Gross, CEO of Knotel shares "Flexible working is not only here to stay, it has become increasingly valued as businesses look to bring employees back to the office while reducing the overhead inherent with traditional long-term office spaces".
Viaduct assisted Knotel with the supply and delivery of furniture and lighting. Designs from manufacturers include &Tradition, Driade, Fredericia, Flos and Artemide.
