Dezeen Offices, Pernilla Ohrstedt
Pernilla Ohrstedt creates an office space for Dezeen that puts people, communication and stories centre stage.
Overlooking Regent's Canal, the Dezeen Office is a fluid, open space designed to encourage and stimulate collaboration and cross pollination of ideas.
Architect Pernilla Ohrstedt filled the space with shared work tables and a large meeting room. The grid like arrangement ensures everyone has their own space but also fosters a fluid sense of movement between tables.
In addition to the workspace there is a meeting and interview room, film editing suite and a plant filled lounge area.
Viaduct contributed a selection of furniture to the project including Cees Braakman's seminal SM05 Chair for Pastoe.
