A.G. Fronzoni's design philosophy was a clear one - remove any and all superfluous details and reduce a concept down to the essentials.
The Fronzoni '64 Bed is a prime example of his approach, made from a simple frame of square metal tubing and omitting the traditional headboard. Designed in 1964, it exudes a contemporary expression that would not feel out of place in even the most modern collections.
The bed has a slatted wood base and is available from Cappellini in three sizes with a choice of a white or anthracite lacquered metal base. Please note: the price does not include mattress.
