Derived from the design of the popular Charles Sofa, this elegant upholstered bed possesses the same streamlined profile and highly adaptable aesthetic.

In a tribute to 50s and 60s design, the Charles range gets its name from American icon Charles Eames, and exemplifies his philosophy that “the details are not the details. They make the design”. With its characteristic inverted L-shaped feet and slender base, this is certainly the case with B&B Italia's Charles Bed.

It is built on an internal frame of tubular steel and steel profiles, which is then covered with a flexible cold shaped polyurethane foam. The Charles Bed comes with a choice of bronzed nickel painted, bright brushed or painted black chrome die-cast aluminium feet and can be upholstered in a wide range of fabrics and leathers.
