Originally designed for working from home, the Rival Chair by Konstantin Grcic offers a fresh take on the classic wood chair.
Its use of solid birch throughout reflects the rich heritage of the Artek furniture tradition, while a feat of technical finesse projects a modern ingenuity. A swivel mechanism concealed in the seat allows you to shift from a domestic setting into work mode, a symbolic prelude to focus and concentration.
The Rival Chair is available in a choice of natural or coloured lacquer finishes and comes with a leather upholstered seat. Its gently splayed legs are milled from a piece of solid birch wood, giving the chair a unified and fluid quality.
