This natural birch and brass Umbrella Stand was designed by pioneering Modernist Alvar Aalto, in 1936.
Its simplistic triangular shape is elevated by the addition of a sleek brass tray, which serves to keep rainwater off of the floor. Its compact size allows the Umbrella Stand to be tucked next to a wall or in a corner in a practical piece for everyday use.
This Alvar Aalto Umbrella Stand is finished with a natural lacquer for a durable seal that protects the birch wood from the inside out.
Made of Natural lacquered birch and brass.
