Arper's first wood lounge chair, the chair showcases a lightweight and inviting design. Using 3D knit technology for the upholstery, fibers are made from post-consumer recycled plastics that are transformed into polyester.
Altherr Désile Park shares "We saw an opportunity to reconsider 3D knit technology that’s typically used in applications like sneakers and office chairs, but from a completely different aesthetic angle. We wanted to take this technology and interpret it not in its traditional usage – high tech, synthetic, bold, and sporty – but in a way that combines high tech materials with an artisan feel."
Offered in a graphic or striped pattern, the upholstery comes in a select range of neutral colours. The solid wood frame is offered in stained black or natural oak.
