The Rely Chair by &Tradition is the result of nearly a year of material research by designer Hee Welling.
“When it comes to the environment, we want to do the best job possible with the best materials available.” - Hee Welling.
Celebrated for his minimalist style, Welling set out to design a chair that adhered to a strict set of standards: it would use only sustainable materials, be easy to disassemble for part replacement, and deliver optimal comfort.
Part of the Rely collection is the upholstered HW74, featuring a solid wood base in lacquered oak or walnut, bringing a more organic expression to both contract and residential settings.
