As part of the &Tradition Loafer collection, the Loafer Three Seater Sofa is a continuation of the Loafer Lounge Chair. Originally designed for the expansive lobby of the SAS Royal Hotel, the Loafer seating range exudes a certain intimacy from its upholstered curves.
The Copenhagen hotel was originally opened in 1960, and designed in its entirety by acclaimed architect Arne Jacobsen. In designing the lounge chair, Space Copenhagen took references from the space itself, from the signature spiral staircase to the imposing circular columns.
The Loafer sofa's interior quilting recalls traditional design details, while also offering a sense of comfort and protection. Also available in the Loafer Lounge Chair and Loafer Two Seater Sofa.
