The Bellevue Floor Lamp is design classic from the pioneer of Danish Modernism, Arne Jacobsen.
The architect's first foray into lighting, Bellevue was originally designed in 1929. With no superfluous details, it possesses a simple, functional beauty that continues to stand the test of time.
The Bellevue is defined by its elongated shade with a slanted edge, skilfully spun from a single sheet of metal. A graceful swan neck allows the direction of light to be adjusted, while the shade prevents any excessive glare.
This flexibility makes the Bellevue ideal for use as a reading lamp next to your favourite armchair, or as an atmospheric addition to a number of contract settings.
